Progressive service provider Jos Bakker adds CSR Quality Mark – ISO 26000!

In the Zaan country, Jos Bakker Schoonmaakbedrijf has been working with several generations since 1983. It is such a service provider that is at the forefront of CSR and the development of its business, and that is certainly noticed. Is support needed in cleaning up a crisis emergency shelter for Ukrainian refugees? Then Jos Bakker's team is of course asked to respond appropriately. Is there a need for professional cleaning of rugs and carpets? Then Jos Bakker has an extensive machine park ready to take the work off your hands.

From a business point of view, the company is therefore constantly being developed. An observant follower notices that the orange appearance has a green component. The team therefore focuses on clear core values: environmentally conscious, qualitative & personal. The environmentally conscious component in particular goes hand in hand with CSR. Bakker is demonstrably working on reducing its CO2 emissions, for example, but residual waste is also specially collected for a good cause. Thom van de Brug therefore only highlighted a selection of the substantial CSR policy that has been strengthened and expanded to date. As an inspector this year he not only heard about the organization in the media, he also noticed a reorientation of the website and noted during the inspection that the attention for CSR results in even more demonstrable evidence. The score against the ISO 26000 yardstick turned out to be successful. The company history dating back to 1983 stands for new milestones, that will certainly be noticed.
